An interesting piece of writing under the name "Bohinj Declaration" can be found on website http://www.bohinjska-deklaracija.org/index.php?lang=engleski Web archive link: https://web.archive.org/web/20180831163022/http://bohinjskadeklaracija.org/index.php?lang=engleski Bohinj is an alpine valley with a lake in Slovenia. I assume that the declaration was first drafted and signed in Bohinj, thus the name Bohinj Declaration. Besides English, the website is translated into all the major languages spoken in Balkans, to whose people declaration seems to be directed.
The declaration itself contains a nicely written classical liberal / libertarian message of maximum individual freedom, free market economics, and minimal government. It ends by stating four fundamental principles necessary for a free society.
There is no other information on the website, except the form which allows individuals to sign their names to the declaration. Being in complete agreement with all that was said in the Bohemian Declaration, I couldn't but add my name to the growing list of signatories.
Other than that, lack of other information on the website makes look it a bit mysterious. Hopefully more info will surface later on, and good things will come out of this whole initiative.
In the mean time, classical liberals / libertarians check it out!
